If you are using "Safe and Sane" fireworks, we ask that you always follow the directions and have adult supervision.
California has zero tolerance for the sale and use of illegal fireworks. Illegal fireworks include sky rockets, bottle rockets, roman candles, aerial shells, firecrackers and other fireworks that explode, go into the air, or move on the ground in an uncontrollable manner. If you do not see the Safe and Sane" seal on the fireworks, they are illegal to possess, sell and or transport in the state of California. If you are in possession of illegal fireworks, they will be confiscated and you may be cited and or arrested. Officers will be on the lookout for illegal fireworks.
